Draft to Change Garbage Collection in Green Bay

GREEN BAY, WI- (WGBW) – When the NFL Draft 2025 comes to the Green Bay area in April, it will bring hundreds of thousands of visitors, result in road closures, and affect your garbage collection. 

The Green Bay Public Works Department took to social media to announce changes to garbage and recycling collection from April 21 through the 25th. 

Garbage normally collected on Thursday will be collected Monday, April 21st. Refuse usually collected on Friday will be collected Tuesday, April 22nd. There will be no change to Wednesday collection. Regular Monday routes will be collected on Thursday the 24th, and Tuesday routes will be collected on Friday, April 25th.

The NFL Draft 2025 will take over Lambeau Field and the Titletown area starting April 24th through the 26th.
